Dilled Cucumber Salad

Like watermelons, cucumbers are 95% water, so they keep the body hydrated & help regulate the body’s inner temperature. They also help the body flush out toxins & reduce water retention!
Cucumbers are a great source of fiber & because they are rich in potassium & magnesium, they may help lower blood pressure too!
Directions: In a bowl, combine 2 thinly sliced cucumbers (if you leave the peel on, it contains 10% of your Vit C for the day); 1/4 cup fresh dill sprigs, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1/4 cup water, 1 tsp raw sugar (optional). Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
