Oatmeal Protein Pancakes

4 egg whites
1/3 cup dry oatmeal (regular or Bob's Gluten Free oatmeal)
1 scoop pure protein powder (optional)
1/2 banana sliced (or berries - blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc).
DIRECTIONS: Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Spray frying pan with cooking spray and cook mixture as you do regular pancakes. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon, Stevia sweetener, or top with 1 tbsp of natural peanut butter or almond butter. Yum!!
Alternate Recipe/Ingredients: Apply same directions.
1 Cup Oatmeal
1 Cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
1/2 Cup Egg Whites
2 tbsp Almond or Rice Milk
1-2 scoops Protein Powder
1 tsp cinnamon
Fruit (blueberries, bananas) if you wish!
