Turkey Black Bean Quinoa

Here's part of my cooking frenzy from last night.... to last partly throughout the week.
Southwest Turkey Black Bean quinoa (add pico, cilantro & avocado); Thick cut Pork chops; 2 Kale & Spinach salads w/orange bell pepper, carrots, cranberries, feta and avocado; and roasted broccoli w/lemon and garlic.
Turkey Black Bean Quinoa - There is no true recipe. We wing it as we go. Grill ground turkey meat. Cook quinoa separately with water, seasalt and fresh garlic. (This is red quinoa in the pic). Once both the turkey and quinoa are cooked through, mix them together in a large skillet. Add 2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained; some stewed jarred tomatoes and/or fresh corn. You can also add chopped onion, orange or yellow bell pepper, and chopped serranos for heat. Add cumin to taste. When it's all heated together, you can also squeeze lime on top, and add cilantro and sliced avocado.
