5 Reasons Your Workout may not be Working!
1) It's TOO EASY - crank up the intensity!;
2) Your recovery drink/post-workout snack has more calories than you burned;
3) Your weights are too light - go heavier/challenge yourself!;
4) You're using Incorrect Form; and
5) You're doing the same thing, same workout, working the same muscles every day...mix it up, add variety!
(Sidenote: These machines don't work! LOL) :)
