Congratulations to Bronwyn!! When I first met Bronwyn, she told me she was an avid runner (and still is), but she struggled for 5 years to lose weight, particularly in her waist line. She worked with other trainers and dietitians, supplemented her running program with spin classes, Insanity, P90X, Crossfit, etc and it all left her frustrated and with little results. Bronwyn has food allergies as well, so she has been careful with her eating. However, in May 2013, she began Bootcamp, supplemented with our Challenge customized designed workouts, running and cleaned up her eating as well (just a little tweaking with Nutritional Timing, since she had always practiced healthy eating habits). NOW in 60 days, she has lost 16 lbs, 3% body fat, and a total of 11.8" Way to go, girl!!!! If anyone could do this, it was Bronwyn. One of the most determined girls I've ever met! (Very similar to Andrea, Michelle and Eliza from our last Challenge!). These girls have the fire, they excite themselves and those around them!!!
"I ran into someone I hadn't seem for a few months yesterday and she said "wow you've lost a lot of weight! You look great!!" Also each time Hubbie comes home from a trip (which Is weekly or longer) he says I look smaller. The biggest thing for me during this challenge eating regularly, and not when you have hunger pains. Since I've been doing 6 meals a day, food choices are better. I want the veggies first and cravings for sugar have decreased significantly. My anxiety issues are so much better too, probably a combo of regular eating and intense workouts!"--Bronwyn
