Your Goal is to complete the Following Pyramid Bodyweight Circuit as quickly as possible WITH GOOD FORM!     Add this finisher to the end of one of your other workouts for a metabolic boosting finish!

CIRCUIT #1

100 Jump Ropes

90 Flutter Kicks

80 Plie Speed Squats

70 Jumping Jacks

60 Prisoner Low Squat Jacks

50 Static Lunge Jumps (25 right, 25 left)

40 Switch Kicks

30 Plank Knee to Elbow

20 Burpees

10 Tricep Pushups

CIRCUIT #2

50 Speed Squats

45 Butt Kick Run in Place ( Right + left = 1 rep)

40 Speed Skaters

35  Squat Jacks

30 Mountain Climbers (right + left = 1 rep)

25 Jump Squats (Close stance)

20 Jump Switch Lunges (right + left = 1 rep)

15 Plank Jacks

10 Wide Pushups (w/optional "popup to frog stance")
