21 DOWN FITNESS CHALLENGE

Attempted this as an "add-on" to my workouts yesterday AND today!
DEFINITELY feeling it in my core, shoulders, back and chest today! WOW!
FITNESS CHALLENGE: 21 Down!! Start with 21 pushups. Then flip over and do 21 Leg Lifts for abs. Turn over and do 20 pushups, 20 Leg Lifts. Continue. With 19, 18, 17...all the way down to 1!
If you're crazy enough, work your way back up to 21!
