5 MIN KILLER CORE WORKOUT

5 MIN KILLER CORE WORKOUT: Set your timer for 30 sec intervals. Do the following 5 ab exercises for 30 sec each w/small rest in btwn each. Then repeat the circuit again! 1) Crunch & Extend; 2) Straight leg & hip lifts w/heels to sky; 3)
Straight leg toe touch crunches (some call it "cockroach"); Turn over to plank and do #4 & #5. 4) Low elbow plank hold; & 5) Low plank alternating knee to elbow.
HAVE FUN!!!! IT BURNS! :)
