If your weak spot is core, here is a CORE FITNESS CHALLENGE to work up to: It's a "ladder" series. Start w/1 rep of each exercise, then do 2 of each, 3 of each, 4 of each... up to 8-10 reps of both. 1. STRAIGHT LEG RAISE & LIFT. Lay on your
back, raise both leg straight up w/heels to the sky & lift your hips up. (That's 1 rep). 2. PLANK KNEE TO ELBOW. Flip over into high plank or pushup position. Bring right knee to your right elbow & then straighten to starting position. Repeat left knee to left elbow. (That's 1 rep). So if you're shooting to finish at 10 of each, you will finish at 55 reps of each exercise. Let me know how you do!
