EXERCISE: JACK-KNIFE W/MED BALL
One of my Favorites!
Start out laying flat on floor with legs straight & hold med ball w/arms extended perpendicular to floor. Then bring your upper body & one leg up, reaching med ball to your toe. Lower back to start position and then raise upper body & opposite leg, reaching ball to your toe. Repeat.
Variation: Raise upper body & both legs at same time, balancing on your bottom when you raise to reach ball to toes. Lower back down. Repeat.
