Exercise Oblique Plank w Med Ball

This is one of my all-time FAVORITE stability & core exercises. You can do this one with both hands on the floor, both hands on 1 medicine ball, or as pictured, using 2 medicine balls.
Step 1: Start in high plank position with both hands on the floor or on the ball(s).
Step 2: Bring left knee up to touch your left elbow while keeping core tight and remaining in plank position. Then extend left leg to beginning plank position (see Step 1 picture).
Step 3: Bring left knee up across the front of your body to touch your right elbow. Then return your left leg to beginning plank position. (see Step 1 picture).
Repeat on Right side for 10-15 reps (Step 2 and 3 = 1 rep.).
Repeat exercise with Left leg to left elbow/right elbow for 10-15 reps (Steps 2 and 3 = 1 rep).
