How to: Get in push-up position, with one hand balanced on the medicine ball. Perform a push up w/one hand on the floor and the other balanced on the ball. Complete the push up & Once in high plank position, roll the ball to the other hand, catching the ball to balance on the ball for another push up. Repeat alternating sides.
