Fast Furious Pyramid Circuit

I had very little time on Easter to get in a workout, so here's the Quick Pyramid Circuit I did: I started with 10 Reps of each exercise; then 9 reps of each, 8 of each, down to 1 of each exercise. No Rests.
10 Plie Squats w/Military presses w/dumbbells
10 High Step-ups on Each Leg w/Dumbbells
10 Explosive Pushups.
Followed this up with 100 Switch Jump Lunges (in increments of 20 on each leg).
