Ladder Finishers are great metabolic blasts to add at the end of a workout!
They are pyramid progression circuits.
Here are two ideas! But you can select any 3-4 exercises (combo of upper and lower body) and make up your own Ladder!
1) MEDICINE BALL LADDER:
Perform each of the following exercises with a medicine ball for: 14 reps each, then 12 each, 10, 8, 6, 4, and 2. And if you really want a challenge, then work your way back up to 14 again! Jump Squats; Chops; Pushups; Mountain Climbers!
2) STRENGTH LADDER: Perform each exercise for 12 reps each, then 10, 8, 6, 4, 2. Work your way back up if you dare! Dumbell Hammer Curl; Dumbbell Squats; Dumbell Burpees, Pushups Gripping onto Dumbbells; Stay in Plank for Knee to Elbow (R + L = 1 rep)!
