The Anywhere, Anytime Workout! The only equipment needed: YOU & A DECK OF CARDS or PAIR OF DICE!
Roll the dice or flip a card, do that # of pushups AND burpees, and then DOUBLE the number for ab work reps! Repeat through the 1/2 the deck or for as long as you have time for! Face Cards = 10; Aces =11. Vary the pushups (diamond, traditional, tricep, side plank, divebombers, elevated feet, etc) and the ab work (bicycle, plank knee to elbow touches, in and outs, reverse crunches, etc).
THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS!
