Sculpt Circuits Day 1: VIPR Loaded Movement training for functional fitness.
Three exercises 6 reps each: Squat to one-leg press; Burpee Press; and 2 variations of a Shuffle Tilt. Set your time for 5-10 minutes and repeat the circuits for as many rounds as possible.
