Sculpt Circuits Day 14: Speed & Agility EMOM.
Here's one to test your agility, speed, power and endurance.
Three exercises, 7 reps of each. Try to complete all three before the end of 1 min.
The faster you go, the more rest you have before you start the same round at the next minute.
Repeat this circuit every minute on the minute for 5 minutes!
7 reps of the following exercises: 1) Cross over cone hurdles (right and left side = 1 rep); 2). Tuck jump burpee; 3) Push-ups.
