Sculpt Circuits Day 16: Sandbell Slam Circuit.
Slamballs and Sandbells are a great way to release a little aggression and incorporate cardio, core work, upper body strength and power.
This circuit is made of 10 reps of each slam variation--rotational slam shuffles and backward throw slams.
Repeat for 5 min. Use force/power in your arms for throws, and speed to return to the Sandbell/ball for extra cardio output.
