Although not high impact or high intensity this one is tough and tests core strength, straight arm strength and range of motion. Substitute two benches or chairs for these parallete bars in this circuit.
Repeat to Max reps the following exercises for 3-4 rounds: 1. elevated full range push-ups; 2. plank pull throughs (core!!); 3. tuck/L-sit/straddle; 4.tricep dips.
