Sculpt Circuits Day 2: Bodyweight Plyometric, Lower/Upper body and Core.
Set your timer for 5 min. Perform as many rounds as possible, 5 reps each of 5 exercises: Jump switch lunge, jump squat 180; Push-up Leg pull thru; Burpee X Jump; Spiders; Push-up plank jack combo. Remove the jumps to modify.
For an additional challenge, do 1 min of each of the exercises, maximum repetitions after your complete the circuit round described.
