Sculpt Circuits Day 21: Upper Body Dumbbell Complex.
Good one for time efficiency and quick upper body blast.
You may want to use a heavier and lighter pair of dumbbells for this, depending on strength in each muscle group incorporated in this circuit 7 exercises, 5 reps each.
1. Palm in Shoulder press (military press); 2. Shoulder press + tricep extension combo; 3. Tricep extensions; 4. Bicep curls; 5. Curl shoulder press; 6. Lateral shoulder raises; 7. Push-ups.
Repeat 2-3 rounds or insert between each round of the Butt Blaster I posted yesterday.
