1. Medicine ball burpees; 2. medicine ball rock n roll; 3. medicine ball sit up press; and 4. medicine ball mountain climbers.
Tough especially for the duration of the last exercise! Take small breaks when needed and get back to it!
Modify this circuit by taking the medicine ball out of all exercises. Put hands on the floor for burpees and mountain climbers and hands in the air for rock n roll and sit up press.
