Sculpt Circuits Day 23: Lower/Upper Superset Ladder (Standard & Plyometric version).
Start with 8 Reverse lunge steps ups right and left.
Immediately follow with 8 push-ups (alternating btwn tricep/narrow push-ups and standard or wide push-ups).
Repeat the circuit subtracting 1 rep of each exercise war on each round until you finish 1 reverse lunge step up and 1 pushup.
Intensify: Insert power and an extra cardio factor with the Plyometric version in the second part of this video.
