Lifting, shifting, & moving weight in various planes of motion. We are made to twist, turn, bend, rotate, lift, hinge in 3-dimensions. So we should train this way.
Here, I perform 3 exercises using the VIPR: 1. Cross over lunge with shoulder set; 2. Forward and Back Lift and Straddle; 3. Swings.
