Sculpt Circuits Day 28: Upper Body & Power Pyramid (Bodyweight circuit).
This is a combo of 3 exercises - the first two are upper body strength exercises & the third uses mostly lower body plyometrics.
Create a pyramid circuit starting with 10 of each exercise, then 8, then 6, then 4 and finally finishing with 2 of each of the three exercises.
1. Jumping Spiders;
2. Swimmers; and
3. Burpee with 180 Jump Squat.
We used this one in Bootcamp for our Upper Body and Power Day.
