Sculpt Circuits Day 4: Balance and Stability Training.
Since January's fitness focus on Fridays at Bootcamp is Balance and Stability, here is a demo of some skills we are practicing and mastering for balance, control, and core strength & stability. Not much weight or intensity needed, but focus is required! You do 10-15 reps on one side of your body. Repeat on the other side.
Do about 3-4 rounds. Modify where needed by touching floor with other foot or taking the ball out of the push-up variations.
