Sculpt Circuits Day 5: Tricep Burnout!
If you want to tone or build size in your arms, you can't neglect triceps. Here is a short, but tough 6 min circuit to kill your triceps (core work too). Repeat all 4 exercises for 1 minute each for the first round and repeat each again in the second round for 30 seconds each.
