Sculpt Circuits Day 7: Single Plate Total Body Circuit (Metabolic Resistance Training).
This high intensity strength circuit allows you to transition easily from one exercise to the next with just one weighted plate. Once you practice form, try 10 reps of each exercise with very little rest in btwn: 1) Squat Jack Press Up/Out; 2) Pivot Swings; 3) Plate Swings; 4) Sumo Squat Curl; 5) Bent over rows; 6) Russian Twist/Bicycle.
Rest and repeat for 3 rounds.
