Sculpt My Body Fitness Circuits Day 8: Bosu Balance and Cardio!
This one will get your heart rate up and challenge your lower and upper body balance, strength and speed.
Set your timer for 5 min and perform 3 reps of each of the following exercises for as many rounds as possible:
1). Bosu up and over (left and right = 1);
2) Jump up, frog jack, burpee;
3) moving plyometric push-ups.
Slow down and/or modify where needed.
