The 55 Pyramid Workout

THE "55 WORKOUT!"
Incorporate this one into your next Circuit Training session.
Start: Do 1 squat (using the appropriate size dumbbells for you) & drop down into 10 pushups, holding onto the dumbbells.
Rest for 15-30 seconds. Then do 2 squats & 9 pushups.
Work your way up to 10 squats & down to 1 pushup.
You'll complete 55 reps of each exercise by the time you're done.
**This gives cardio benefits of aerobic training & the "pump" of a strength session.
(I love "pyramid progression" exercises!).
