You've heard "super-food", "super-grain"....well, the BURPEE is the "Super-Exercise." It's a FULL-BODY cardio & strength exercise using your own bodyweight. Works your core, shoulders, quads, builds power & cardio endurance. Continue reps back to back. For greater intensity/difficulty: add ankle weights or hold light dumbells; add a push up at the bottom of the burpee; or add a push up and 2 "knee to elbow touches" at the bottom before popping back up.
