Don't have a lot of time, but want to get your sweat on? Here's a perfect high intensity body weight cardio workout for you! I plan to fit this one in today myself.
This workout is designed with a pyramid style for building up cardio endurance as you go! Find a good 100 meter stretch for fast run/sprints. Start your workout at your starting line.
Your first round will look like this:
With each additional round, you will increase your high knee sprints in place by 10 reps (1 Right/1 Left) and the rest of the bodyweight exercises by 2 reps. Continue increasing your reps with each round until your high knee sprints reach 50 and your other bodyweight exercises reach 10. Therefore, you have 5 TOTAL ROUNDS.
