Are you ready to compete against yourself?? Or better yet, grab a friend and challenge each other for max reps and time throughout this workout!
This workout consists of 3 Rounds. Round 1 is all about AMRAP (performing as many reps as possible within a set time, using excellent form, appropriate weight, and staying safe). Round 2 is all about setting your Circuit and working for speed. Round 3 is your challenge round to beat your time from before, giving 100%! Stay smart and safe during this workout, and use perfect form to stay injury free.
Set timer and record your max reps for 1 minute of each of the following exercises:
3. Step ups
4. Bicep Curls
5. Med ball slams
7. Sit up press
8. KB swings
9. Reverse lunge w/Shoulder press
10. Mountain Climbers
ROUND 2: Get ready! Cut your reps in half for each of the above exercises. Perform all 10 exercises as a fast-paced circuit using 1/2 of your max reps recorded for each exercise. Set your stopwatch, go fast and finish with a 1/4 mile run. Stop the timer and record your time.
**Option: increase your weight used for this round to increase the intensity.
ROUND 3: Set your Stopwatch, Repeat Round #2 and beat your time!
